Since I've been slow the past couple of weeks I need to spend the next few days playing catch-up ... which will probably include working through the weekend :(
So today I'm getting the HCV linkage circos diagrams together along with the scatter-plots. Now that the calculations are finished I should be able to get some figures together in the next few hours.
After that I need to do the GO linkage analysis for the Staph data and then find a good way to generalize it so I can run it on all of the finished genomes that I have downloaded.
