JB Meeting

Just some random thought/action-items from my meeting with Jim Brown:

• Put together some slides today on the HCV results ... include circos and scatterplots, include a few bullets about the methods
• Think about other projects that I would be interested in doing ... some include: gut microbiome, medical-records mining, the pan-viral project

I'm leaning closer to the medical-records project just because I want to do some real text-processing.
