So far this looks like the best Circos plot I can generate. This has all SINGLE linkages with perfect linkage and the top 5000 links (although there are only ~1500 such linkages). All the rest have too many links and look kinda crummy.
Having trouble posting the actual image ... its about 19mb. Need to find a way to compress them properly.
